Data processed, purposes and legal bases

Browsing data

As with any website, the systems running this site record some technical data about requests: IP address, date and time, requested page, browser and operating system. They are needed to keep the site working and secure and to detect abuse (legitimate interest, Art. 6.1.f GDPR) and are kept for a limited period, unless needed to investigate crimes.

Contact requests

• Data: Name, surname, email, phone number and message content sent through contact forms, by email or by phone.
• Purpose: Answering requests and providing the information asked for.
• Legal basis: Pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject's request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and legitimate interest in replying (Art. 6.1.f).
• Retention: For as long as needed to handle the request and in any case no longer than 24 months, unless a contract follows.

Newsletter

• Data: Email address and, where provided, name and preferences.
• Purpose: Sending news and promotional communications.
• Legal basis: Consent of the data subject (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which can be withdrawn at any time via the link in every email or by writing to the controller.
• Retention: Until consent is withdrawn (unsubscription).

Cookies and third-party services

The website uses necessary technical cookies and, only with the visitor's consent, other tools described in the Cookie Policy, which lists each service and its provider.

Providing data

Providing the data requested in forms is necessary to obtain what is asked for; optional fields are marked as such. Refusing non-necessary cookies does not prevent use of the website.

Recipients

Data are processed by the controller's authorised staff and by providers acting as processors (Art. 28 GDPR), including:

• the providers of the third-party services listed in the Cookie Policy, only if the visitor has accepted them.

Transfers outside the European Union

The website is hosted on servers located in the European Union. Some third-party services may transfer data to the United States or other countries: such transfers rely on an adequacy decision of the European Commission (such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework for participating providers) or on standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You may at any time ask the controller for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest (Arts. 15-22 GDPR).
