Purposes and legal basis for data processing

PVK S.r.l. (hereinafter also the “Company” or the “Data Controller”) with registered office in Taviano (LE) via P.e M. Curie sn, informs users that, pursuant to art. 13 of the GDPR, the data provided will be processed for the following purposes:

for the execution of services/information requested by the user, through access to the following sections of the website https://www.pvk-srl.it/ (hereinafter, “Site”): (i) Contacts, (ii) Quote, (iii) Newsletter, pursuant to art. 6.1, lett. b) of the GDPR; with the user’s explicit consent, for marketing and promotional purposes, carried out directly by the Company, using both automated contact methods (email, sms, fax, automated phone calls, etc.), and traditional contact methods (postal mail or telephone calls with operator), including sending communications related to events and initiatives promoted by the Company, as well as sending our newsletter, in a profiled manner, based on your tastes and preferences by creating your individual usage profile by (i) combining your data already in our possession, if you are a customer of the Data Controller, with your data collected automatically, such as clicks made on the hyperlinks contained in the Site and the browser used, through the use of cookies, and (ii) combining the data of your email address with the clicks made on the hyperlinks contained within our newsletters and your actions within our Site, through the use of so-called “tracking pixels” tools, pursuant to art. 6.1 lett. a) of the GDPR.

For the purposes referred to in the previous point 1. a), we process the following personal data: any personal data contained in the message and the personal data provided through the completion of the forms in the “Contacts” and (ii) Quote and (iii) Newsletter sections of the Site.

For the purposes referred to in the previous point 1. b), we process the following personal data: company, title, name, surname, company classification, company function, country, as well as data collected through cookies and tracking pixels through the methods described therein.

Optional nature of data provision and consequences of any refusal to respond

Without prejudice to the personal autonomy of the data subject, the provision of personal data by the user, for the purposes indicated in paragraph 1.a) is mandatory, since failure to do so may result in the Company being unable, totally or partially, to fulfill what is requested by the user, while it is optional for the purposes referred to in paragraph 1.b), for which there are no consequences in case of your refusal to provide them, except the inability to inform you about the products and/or services offered, or about sales promotional initiatives, as well as the impossibility of receiving our newsletter, also in a profiled manner. The user may revoke consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before revocation.

Methods and duration of data processing

The personal data provided by the user are processed using automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected and also subsequently, for the fulfillment of legal obligations and/or for defensive purposes. Scope of communication of personal data

The parent company of PVK Srl, for internal administrative purposes, pursuant to article 6 letter f) of the GDPR; Third parties, appointed by PVK Srl for the execution of activities directly related or instrumental to the processing of services/information requested through the Site; Subjects who may become aware of them, as “Data Processors” or “Persons in charge” of the Data Controller, such as personnel belonging to the Administration, Commercial and Technical Assistance office.

The Company may communicate the user’s IP address to Google Inc. if the user accesses the Google Maps site within the “How to reach us” section of the Company’s site.

Navigation data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
